Very poor service

I ordered books on line, then the order got cancelled without letting me know about it. So, again I ordered it (they were very helpful). On the day of delivery, the whole order was not delivered, again, not letting me know in any way that there was going to be a delay. Have now in total been waiting 2 months for my order.
