BAD Service at P&G call centre

I called P&G call centre on 0860 11 21 88 opt 01 call centre agent was not helpful and in my opinion not fully awake as she called me Mr Naidoo x 3 in our conversation and I am mr chetty. she was not able to give me factual infomation but information based on presumtion. SERvice is important in this time and age. and to me. eject papmers was received by P&G group on 11 October and sent to quality dept and to date no response. Now is that service to the customer.
