Procter & Gamble FAIL as Braun agent in SA

As per a multitude of other complaints on, I have unsuccessfully attempted to source Clean & Renew cartridges for my Braun shaver. The help centre is of no help at all and are quick to read you a Stock response as to why there is a problem, without ever committing to a firm resolution! Further I have been told on several occasions that someone would phone me to address my concerns, yet I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me.
