Hi I am an Edgars account holder and I have been with them since last yeah, all along I have been receiving my electronic statements well up until this year February the stopped sending my statement, recently they started calling me regarding my account that my balance was too high I have to pay it and it was because I and skipped payments for that one month then told them I have not been receiving my statement that Is why I pay the amount that I feel its OK for me as I don't know my instalment, they then sent me my statement after I had paid 1ooo in cash hoping my balance will go down but when I checked my statement nothing seem to be changing due to the fact that they have subscribed me to some VIP MEMBERSHIP that I know nothing about, now I started thinking that that might be the reason why they stopped sending my statement because they are taking money that we never agreed on, I sent them an email a week ago to return my money n cancel that VIP membership but they only returned money for one month.
