Having to experience bad service more than once from da same outlet @da same branch is totally not acceptable. On da 20.10.13 i bought a nokia asha 306 @ackermans promenade 1st i was gvn bad attitude wit facial expressions as it ws jst before the closure failing to understand da cause of bad attitude bcoz a customer can walk into da shop any time as long as da shop is open and da level of service mst be da same as they offer when they open in the morning, however when the phone ws done rica'd no 1 ws willing to assist in showing us wat goes together wit da phone nor how does it work both da cashiers were rushing to finish off nd get us out of sight. We took da phone nd went home when we tested everything we discoverd dat when we try to remove da memory card it just pop up bt doesnt want to come out, i went to da shop as i ws told dat shud da phone hv problems within 7 days i must return it nd according to ma knowledge for OBF within 7 days the customer hs a right to be given a new device especially if da prblm is not da clients fault bt i ws told dat i hv to book da phone in & they dnt knw when ill get it bck. I am a Joburg resident wu came to cptwn 4 leave nw i mst go bck wout it.
