I bought a phone at ackermans store. Three days later the phone froze. I called them and they told me to take it to the nearest branch. I obviously did not get another phone to use while this one was going to be fixed, although it was not my fault.

I have been calling them daily looking for an update and no one gives me a straight answer. I now just need my money so that I can buy a phone somewhere else.

I am highly disappointed by the service that I got from ackermans. CAN YOU PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE URGENTLY..
