Ackermans, most worse company

Don't even know where to start, Ackermans worst retail shop ever. Someone has been opening accounts using my name, I'm based in Cape Town and my so called alliance is in Pretoria, thanks to Spitz who called me cause I have rica to confirmed if I want to open n account, I said no and they informed me that the person already opened an account at Ackermans but no one called me anyway thanks Spitz for being so updated. Now back to Ackermans went to the shop to find out and I was given a form that need to be completed, that form needed informtion I don't have as I'm nt the one who opened the account, went back to the shop and they can't pick it up on the system, their agent was supposed to call me, they didn't, I had to call them 5 times today en now I must go back to the police station use my petrol and now my artime and call them from there, me being the victim now have to go through so much just to clear off my name for something they could have prevented. If other companies can do it so can they.
