My husband went in store for the refund as the senior manager and the person who cuts and pastes generic responses, no one calls... Now your staff is more rude and more arrogant. What a lousy company to deal with.

I hope where ever you ALL go, you get this kind of service as you deserve it for been ill-mannered and pathetic
