POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS/SERVICE/NO REFUNDS

Terrible customer service from sales person & store manager Adri (Northcliff) and Customer care manager (Kya sands). Did get help from Fourways manager Lora eventually to return the bed. Refund was requested on 6/11/2013 and I am still waiting. I called the fourways branch and they said there is nobody who can check my account - they all on leave. How can a company run like this - nobody in the entire company can do this? After many calls and e-mails requesting the refund and going back and forth to different people I hope to get the refund today, according to Bibi the customer care manager who was rude to me and after I pointed out to her about her bad attitude when dealing with customers she then changed her attitude. She said they processed the payment with the incorrect bank account. she will send my husband proof. Bibi said that there is someone available to check my account. Such confusion between staff. My whole epxerience with Sevens has been dreadful. I am so appalled how some of the staff and mangers speak to customers.
