I went to House & Home in eastgate yesterday to buy washing machine cash, i was assist by Vincent who process the purchase. i've paid for the machine and store did not have the brand new machine and i was willing to take the one from display, the Manager Don said he won't able to give me the one from display, Vincent and Don promise me that they will get one from Edenvale or Alberton by today but they fail to do so, and now because i want my refund they said they cannot get my refund if i dont produce my ID for what i dont know, the Finance manager Karen was very rude and she also hang up the phone on my ear while i was taking to her. I called the regional manager after i got his number from head office, he was also rude to me. and i have decide i won't do business with house & home anymore because of their bad customer service. all i want is my money back so i can go somewhere else to buy a washing machine. i dont want anything to do with them anymore.
