We hired a marquee and chairs from the company for the 22november 2013 for my dad's funeral. When removing the marquee, the marquee was dropped on the water feature. The water feature fell and cracked. The lounge wall was chipped with the poles when walking through the house. The door frame of the house was also dented. Sean James has avoided our calls and refuses to accept responsibility for the damages. The marquee was hired for my dad's funeral. We as a family have already many commitments which go with the passing on of loved one. Sean is arrogant. Cuts our calls whilst talking to him and totally refuses to be of assistance. The marquee which was hired to us even smelt of livestock but we still paid him the full price nevertheless. What kind of businessman treats his customers in this manner. Sean James has been rude and arrogant to an already grieving family. Really disgraceful. I would never deal with this company ever again and would like the rest of Johannesburg to know to avoid being ripped off by this individual
