Poor Customer Service

As a frequent shopper at Cavendish Square in Cape Town, I popped in quickly on the 18/06/13 to get some last minute goodies for supper. I passed the Matrix store, decided to pop in and check some of the items on SALE. There was one young sales lady, who firstly didnt even bother greeting or looking up as I entered the store. (It's very small so not as though she could not see me) I even looked up at her but she was more interested in staring down to her computer screen. Definitley the worse service experienced in a retail environment and made me change my mind against a purchase at one of the other retailers part of TFG.
