DISGUSTING SERVICE

I went to my local JET store in Carletonville. There was only one lady attending to a queue of about 9 people. I asked the lady behind the counter where the other staff is, she said that they are having tea. I asked her why they cannot come & help the customers & that it is not acceptable for customers to stand in a queue waiting for service for more than 15 minutes, her reply "they having tea, they are hungry". It sounded like a shebeen in the back of the store, the staff was literally screaming at each other. Another lady was sitting at another counter SLEEPING!!! When SLEEPING beauty was woken & asked to give me the customer service number I had to repeat myself 3 times before she responded.

This was not the first time I've received such APPALLING service from this store. I was nearly knocked over when one of the staff bumped into me with her trolley full of stock. She just clicked her tongue & continued walking away with the trolley.

THE SERVICE AT THE CARLETONVILLE JET BRANCH IS DISGUSTING, APPALLING!!!

The lady that assisted me with my purchase was very polite & helpful.
