I had an Edgars Mastercard which i opened in 2005, in june 2008 i was granted an administration order at the time the opening balance was R13549, 00. i started paying the debt from july 2008 until i settled all my debts edgars included on the 13 September 2012, after that i found out that edgars had blacklisted me wrongly, according to ITC i was now owing edgars R24000 and this was already in Arrears, according to My credit profile i had two accounts with edgars one was Mastercard and Personal loan. i called them several times trying to show them that they have made a mistake, i never had a Personal loan with them, to prove that this was an error both accounts are using one account number but there is no one who one to take responsibility from edgars and rectify the error which was caused by them. i gave them all the proof of payments from my Administrators, since october 2012, they kept on saying they did not received a payment, last week i asked the administrators to give me the distribution schedules only for edgars, i sent it to edgars until taday i never received any response. i am very upset with the way edgars is handling my querry, this is derailing my plan and my life
