I would like to book flights with mango airline, using my edgars account (as a club benefit). I called mango on 0861001234 - who advised that bookings should be made via the Edgars. I called Edgars on 0860112442, spoke to Cynthia advised that she is unable to assist and that I should call the following numbers :0861162646 //0860744444 (first number doesn't exist, second number belongs to another company). I called 0860112442 again and 0861001234 and 0110866000 was provided, yet again the numbers do not exist.

why offer benefits which are not easily accessible . why have a call centre if assistance cannot be provided!
