On Saturday I bought a pair of boot slippers from Call It Spring Cresta. I did fit in on with socks & it felt a bit tight but thought would be just fine without socks. When I got home & put it on, I wasn't comfortable as I felt my toe was touching. I took it with me the next day to Sandton to exchange for a bigger size. The male employee with the long braids seemed quite helpful, got on the phone with the Cresta branch, ordered it, took my name & number & told me it'd be there in Sandton by Tues/Wed & he'd sms me. I called him on Wed & he said it left the cresta branch & ;t's with the driver. I then asked when can I expect it & i am coming to Sandton that's why I'm following up. He said he doesn't know. I asked if he could call the driver & find out, to which he said no as well. He might not have been rude but he was totally non chalant & didnt care or offer any good service whatsoever. I buy shoes often from Call It Spring & sad to say their service delivery is so bad. I've had other shops order from other branches when out of stock & it never took longer than 2days & i always got feedback & a sense of urgency. Its not about the value of my purchase but rather about good service.
