Bad service Bad attitude

Standing inside the store while I'm typing this complaint. I'm still being ignored by the staff in this store. All i would like to find out is if this CNA branch stocks a book. There is no one in the isles to assist, the one employee i walk past points me to another employee who then points me to another while I'm still being ignored. After my mean performance a couple of min ago a lady with a bad attitude paid attention to my request! BAD customer service, NO order, BAD attitude terrible branch!!!
