Bebe South Africa launch - bad attitude

I won tickets to Bebe Fashion night out hot hours event from 5pm to 7pm.
Went with my mother and a friend C. C got there earlier and went to the store at 5:15pm, but got told by one of the employee that she must come back later because the event only starts at 7. When my mom and I got to Sandton, I called C to find out what happened and C told me what the store employee said about the event only starts at 7, I was wondering about it, but then we decided to go walk around in Sandton and at around 7:00pm, we went to Bebe store.
Got there, the lady asked if we were on guestlist, I answered yes (Since I have RSVP and replied to the email Bebe sent), the lady then asked if its the Hot hours event or VIP, I told her it was the Hot hours event! Then she told me that the Hot hours event was suppose to be from 5 to 7!!! At the end we were not allowed to get into the store, because the 7pm event was for media ONLY!
The store should have asked my friend C which event are we attending? instead of telling us to come back at 7!!! We WASTED OUR TIME and did not get into the store! was asked to leave with their BAD ATTITUDE!!!
That employee must have confused with their OWN EVENTs!!!
