I went to your shop last night at 17H00. To go and return a birthday present my little girl received. We stood in the returns line for 1 hour before being helped. There was only two staff members working. I was number two in the line and for and it toke them a whole hour to finally assist us. My husband even went to one of the other pay points to ask if they can not send some one else to assist at the return counter and he was told no sorry they don't know how the system works. Now this is unacceptable. When complaining the sales assistant had an attitude. about it. Now this is why we are not interested in ever opening an account in your store. because of the bad service and attitude from your staff. When asked where is the store manager we where told no they don't know. so no complaint could be made.
