I had placed an online order with CNA on 26/08/2013 and to date I have not received this order. I have phoned their call center and on each occasion I was told that they will check with their warehouse and someone will call me back. No one calls back to provide feedback on this query. What's the use of taking my contact number if no one has the decency to call back to rectify this problem? Payment was taken promptly from me and yet it's almost 2 months that have passed and I have not received the purchased items. This is definitely the worst online experience for me!!!
