I received a Seagate external hardrive in August 2013 I used it only once to back up my laptop, I took it back today 20 October 2013 because it is not working, i took it back in the original box. The guy said he can not assist or send it back because i do not have a slip. I must take it back to where it was purchased. I don know what the reason is and he said because that i did not buy it there. Its a franchise store so this does not make sense. Further more I went to the apple section to enquire about the products, the guy did want to assist me because "I can not afford" apple!
