Musica
Vouchers refused

Shops, Products, Services

I visited Musica in Fourways Mall and when providing my vouchers to pay, was quite rudely told that the paper vouchers were no longer valid (as they had expired). I have no idea how a paper certificate that provides no expiry date can expire? I understand that the new laws in the consumers protection act are quite strict and say that vouchers can no longer be refused, no matter the age. It completely confuses me how I can pay for a voucher, only to be told that they are no longer usable and that I must spend a further amount to buy the goods.

If I am going to spend the money anyways, why would I support Musica in the future?
