Listed illegally

Woolworths have listed a default on my name without informing me in writing or even with a phone call I do know my rights. I went in to pay my account last year towards the end of the year, I went to the cashier and was told I need to pay my account so I did, I was then told I could not purchase anything because my account is with the attorneys I was then told by the manageress that I need to pay off the debt and that they have put a default on my credit status I asked why because I was not informed she said its with attorneys and I should contact them but they are not open so I phoned RL Daley they were open I was told to pay the account and I did in full. The manageress said that they will sort it out and its over a year now and nothing has been done. I have been illegally listed and I am going to take it to the credit ombudsman as I do know my rights.
