Ed broken and bumpy

I bought a bed at ok furntures in eldorado park, its a edblo bed which came with a 10 year guarantee, now 2 years in the guarantee, the matress has gone all bumpy, then I went to my store stating the problem and told them I want it changed cause its still under guarantee but its now so bumpy and full of hole that's its really uncomfortable, they then told me that they would send out someone to come and have a look at it and get it replaced. They then came and took a few pics of the bad and then said that they would let me know how they gonna handle it. I then got a call saying for higeine purposes that can't change the matress but they will gladly change the base at a fee of R165. Now I feel very disatisfied seeing that its still under guarantee. Please help regarding this matter cause I feel it very wrong to go against their guarantee. Thanks in advance Mrs. Martha Fishe
