Good day, my name is Junaid and the nature of this complaint is with regard to the guarantee that I have received from custom wheel and tyre. In late 2011 I fitted shocks on my car and was given a 3 year guarantee. Today I go to a place that told me the shocks that custom wheel and tyre fitted is worn out. I called custom wheel and tyre to ask them about the guarantee and I am told by them that the company was bought over so the guarantee falls away as it is not likely that the new owner wants to fix the problem. This company is a registered company; I don't see how their change of owneeship affects me as the invoice still holds that guarantee. I really want some help please.
