WOW! Stood the like a fool

I was appalled by the service that I received today, I literary walked out because it was just too much.
I went to the perfume department wanting to make a purchase, the department was practically empty, about 5 customers. The were two assistants that I saw, one was sitting on doing nothing, as in "I just sit here and passed."
I had to go and call that lady to come and help me since the were on testers on the shelf, they are locked in some sort of display. That lady got up and opened the cabinet and took a one variant out of the three that I had asked for, then she just prayed it on my arm and went back to sit down. I left it at that and asked another lady to help me, she also opened the cabinet and told me she couldn't reach, then contunued talking with a friend.
How am I suppose to buy when the people who are suppose to be helping you are doing sitting doing sweet all?
Am I really expected to beg an assistant to take my money?
