Poor service

My fiance and I were visiting the Green Acres branch of Game in PE when the product we wanted to buy was locked behind a glass cabinet. we asked an employee to assist us they went to page someone who were supposed to work in that department (Sport). We waited about 10 mins and asked another employee who also went to page someone. 15 mins later we went to the info desk where the lady phoned the manager of the sports department, Napoleon Josephs, who only came to the department another 15 mins later. we waited more than 40 mins for a product because it was locked behind a display case and nobody was working in the department. Poor service by Game, manager said that the lady at the front desk could have come to fetch the key. Very disappointed in Game.
