Incorrect billing that is negatively affecting ITC

Hi
This is not the first time i am writting this, i have emailed my complaint again and no one is doing anything about it.
I advised that airtime that was purchased via OTA was incorrectly billed to my Edgars account April that i did not receive in Dec. This was billed twice as this airtime was resent to my phone (does not even exist) i have the vouchers still on my phone from 2 May 2013. I have called the call centre to reverse it but no one is helping and they keep saying it cannot be reversed. Why must i pay for airtime i have no received and when i received it i had to pay again. May i received my sms statement with an instalment of R1200, in this week i received a sms about a bill of R1800, What the... is going on here! This is not the way to treat a client that pays her account timously every month. This month i have made a R500 payment as my account is messed up. Today i received a sms saying Edgars has listed me as a slow payer if i do not pay my account? What the... is that? I am busy buying a house and if this is going to affect my ITC report this weekend, i will take Edgars further.
