I am once again extremely angry with the service i received from the Edcon group. And this time its Edgars, the one shop that you wouldnt expect to give you problems from this group. Apparently to activate an account, you need to purchase items to the amount of R1000. How on earth is this possible if you dont even know for how much you have been approved? The clerk didnt even take my ID to find out how much has been approved! How do you purchase for R1000 for your first purchase!
