Hi

I bought a 43" Plasma TV from your store at the Diamond Pavilion in Kimberley. Not even two months later it had dead pixels on the screen. So I took it in. First it took about 10 minutes before anyone helped, then I stood around for ages while they went to look for someone that could help. Then the security man at the door lost my Proof of Payment so I had to wait another 15 odd minutes while they looked for it. Never has my patience been tested as much as that day. Then eventually a lady came to help me. She advised me that you only send goods away for repair on Thursdays. So we both agreed I'd bring it in the Wed so that it can go the Thurs. So I took it last Wed (9 Oct) at 9:30am assuming it will be sent the following day (10 Oct).

Well it wasn't, this morning (18 Oct) I got a phone call informing me that they did NOT send it away last week, it is only going today because someone was booked off or some absolute rubbish. This is completely pathetic. A week and a half later they inform me? Why not tell me last Thurs?

To be completely honest, I do not even want the TV back any more or anything to do with H&H. I would like my money back.
