GLASS in my pudding

Yesterday (27 August) I purchased single serve peppermint caramel pudding from Woolworths in All Saints Shopping Centre in Olivedale, Johannesburg. Upon eating it I bit into a piece f glass. While small it cut my lip. This glass was baked into the cookies at the bottom of the dish so there is no way it came from me. I find this to be dangerous and totally unacceptable, considering the high prices one pays at Woolworths - you expect quality and not danger.
