Gift Card vs Visa Card

To whom it may concern

Me and my fianc? was at your Craighall (Valley Centre) shop and my fianc? bought a hairdryer but tried paying the amount via a Visa Gift Card where Amanda did not know how to process the transaction. We explain to her that it is NOT a gift card but must be used as a Credit Card. She refused and stated it is "Declined" where I stated I did phone to number on the card and the balance is correct BUT she must not select Gift Card on the system but rather select Credit Card and she refused.

I am sorry - please send her on training to first understand the difference between a CLICKS GIFT CARD and VISA GIFT CARD and how to process the transaction.
