Dear Furniture City,

Please can someone explain to me why you have not deducted my monthly payments (Debit Order) from my account? The reason why I am furious is that I am an expatriate overseas and do not have easy access to furniture city outlets to sort out any issues. Hence why we have a debit order system! By you not deducting the monthly monies owed to you (which is your responsibility) you are creating bad debt for ME!!

To top it all off, none of your TELEPHONE NUMBERS or EMAIL ADDRESSES work, so there is no way for me to solve this issue. Also why has no-one contacted me to inform me? You have my contact details and email addresses even my family's contact details! Please can someone assist me.
