Men's formal wear department

It has been on more than one occasion that the guys working at the formal wear department have have given me attitude. On one ocassion the coloured man that works there even shouted at me in front of other customers (where I told him I had misplaced my cellphone). The other short cubby gentleman is always busy with something and reluctant to assist with general queries. I am a regular shopper at the store, as such I have resoted to just asking the security guards for assistance, which they give with a smile. Or I drive to the Stuttafords in Pta (Menlyn or Rosebank)
