Service fee on Furniture account

Hi

I noticed that on my monthly statement i have been charged a service fee of R50 and according to me it's a furniture account and there should not be any service fee on such an account

I have sent an e -mail on the 07/01/2013 to to [Email Removed] and to enquired why this as been happening and I have not received any feedback regarding this.

I was never told of any service fee deduction when i took out this furniture account. I need to know what is this for and if it's an invalid amount deducted from my account.
