More than two weeks since i wrote my report with no response at all from them - it is clear that NWJ does not care about customer services and that it no use to complain here about their stores. Their is clearly no intend from the person answering complaints here to follow up and close the loop - while i am not the greatest spender on jewellery rest assured that my family will not shop there again
