No repsonse about my phone

I sent in my phone 2 1/2 months ago for repairs or atleast for them to find out what is wrong with my phone and whether they can fix it or have it replaced for me. They sent it in to insurance, and declined it. Then they sent it to Vodacom and since then i haven't heard anything. I have been waiting 2 months for someone to call me, i have to call every week and every week they tell me they'll phone me back but they never do. When i phone they tell me they don't know where my phone is whether it is at the insurance or at vodacom. I am still paying for that phone every month and for the insurance on it, but please note, I do not have the phone! This is really disappointing as i need my phone. I can't stand this poor service any longer.
