I owe truworths and I use a six months plan. I had financial problems n underpaid for 2 mnths n made arrangements that I would pay R600 last mnth, which I did n on the 4th October bought for R450 n on the 5th I paid another R250 so my balance was R870 something so yesterday I paid R100 then my new bal is R776.88 so to my surprise I received a call saying I must pay R780 this morning and I feel like this treatment is not good n what happened to the six months term of my account. If I take R450 out for this mnth I owe them R376.88 which still according to my last purchase is not over six mnths. May you please assist me on the matter. My credit record is being affected in the process
