Bad attitude from Daood

I often purchase bulk fabrics from Golden Glow in Fordsburg. I often phone to get information about fabrics and I am always put through to Daood. Every single time I speak to him he is INCREDIBLY rude and very unhelpful. He cuts you off and refuses to help and says that he wont do what you are asking, when the person that put you through to him said he is able to do it. When I asked for fabrics to be cut for me that will be collected (something I have done many times before) he said I must come in myself and have it done, even though I told him I am not in Johannesburg and therefore cannot come in.

I am a very regular customer and I always recommend Golden Glow and I get along well with all the other staff who are polite and helpful, but this is making my experience with them very poor and making me want to take my business somewhere else.

Daood needs to work on his customer services skills and improve his attitude if he wants to work alongside customers, otherwise I guarantee i wont be the last person to have a complaint.
