Being Harassed for NO REASON

My Father, mr B J Wolmarans is being harassed since January this year by an attorney claiming to be calling on behalf of Milady's. They keep calling about and account in arrears and he has never had an account Milady's.

He is a male and has been single for many years, he recently got married and his wife does not have an account at Milady's neither has any of my family members ever had an account there and we never will

A few months ago we were told to fax an affi david to say we've never opened an account, my father did this with much effort as he kept getting an engaged fax line. NOw we are still getting the calls frequently.

Can some one please investigate.
