Can't type a name correctly from a ID

I opened my account with Milady's in September and got the confirmation rather fast that my account is approved.

Today I received an email from Milady's addressed to a "Kilde Nari" - I assume this is supposed to be me. This is THE WORST spelling for my name that I have EVER seen! This resembles my name but is in fact not even close!!

When calling the store to find out how they messed this up and wanting to fix this, I was told to come into the store and fill out a form and then it will be sent to head office. After asking to do this over the phone I was told it is impossible.
My next question was regarding the time frame - after completing the form - and the person could not even narrow the time down to a month or two months on average, she could only confirm it won't take a year - even though she had done this a few times before.

This is not the kind of service I am expecting after a month!
