Disappointment in my favourite store

I bought pajamas for daughter in hospital and had to exchange for smaller size. I did not have the slip, but it was picked up on my account. The ladies at Milady's Menlyn informed me that I could not exchange the pants because my account was over its limit by R150. Now, if that was the case it meant that Milady's allowed the account to exceed the limit, for which I am grateful. However, these ladies treated me like rubbish and made me feel that I had done a terrible thing and therefore they could not exchange the pants.By the way, the price tag was still on the garment. I have been a customer of Milady's for so many wonderful years, and only recently became an account customer. I am now sitting with a pajama pants that I cannot exchange! I have never experienced such sour unfriendly ladies in any other Milady's store and it was extremely embarassing to be spoken to like that in front of a whole row of awaiting customers. Such a lovely store, and I have to add that the black ladies working there have always been helpful and friendly. I can unfortunately not say the same of the two white ladies.
