I have been a Milady's customer for 30 years and the harassment I have received from the collections department has been totally unacceptable. If anyone had bothered to check my records they would have seen that for the past 30 years I have always paid my account and on time. In August I was away on holiday and paid my account late and the phone calls and SMS'S have not stopped since then. The final call today even though I settled my account in full yesterday. Is there no communication in this organisation and do they care that I will be closing my account and will never visit a Milady's shop again... I don't think so. I will now take my business to Woolworths. I am a very dissatisfied customer... if I had owed Milady's thousands of rand or had not paid my account for months then I could understand this aggressive form of communication.
