Ellerines Furnishers
Manager gave me bad attitude when I confronted him

I bought a wall unit on the 26/09/2013 at ellerines furnishers and I paid in cash. I made a request to them that they should delivery quick because I have to use it before 01/10/2013. They made a promise that they will call me for delivery but they did not. After some few days I went back because they did not give a call. They said they are still waiting for it from the warehouse but still they did not get back to me. I went for the second time they gave me a story about delivering after 9 days, after 9 days I went back and told the manager to give me my wall unit or my money back that is when he responded with the attitude that I can take money because it was out of his hands.
So I did not take my money because I need it. Can you please assist me getting because I feel I am not going to get a good client service if I go to them.
