Poor service

I bought an alaska kitchen unit and they promised to deliver it in two weeks time amd it came after 4 weeks of which I was always calling them. Them within three days the unit handles broke off and their unit doors do not open and they tell me its because of my floor level. They have promised in the last two weeks to come fix the problem and promise to call each day and they never do. I have to date called them over ten times about the same issues and they always promise to come this day and they never came. This is really poor customer service and gives your company a bad image. I regret ever coming to ellerines and will never buy anything there. I will also tell everyone that I know never to buy from that shop.

I do not think is fair for me to be expected to pay for the poor service that they gave me. I will not pay my installments until this matter is sorted, if they do not wanna fix it then they can come and collect it. Please get back to me as soon as possible
