Eally this is great service

So this morning I get a very rude threating sms from you telling me that I have to pay my outstanding amount TODAY. No, please or could you. I had no phone calls or any one calling me to tell me that payment is due. It has been almost 8 months that I have been struggling with your call centre to get me loaded on the pocit system so I can do payment via my cell phone as I always did. Every time I ask for assistance, you send me from pillar to post.
So stop your rude sms's, threats, and start doing your job by helping me getting my pocit system back and getting me loaded on there.
Do me a favour and go check I had the best record when I started with you and always made my payments. Then YOU remove my account of the pocit system and suddenly my payments are late and you start getting rude.
They say word of mouth and social media is very powerful so please do not let me go viral with this, because I will. (In addition, no this is not a threat this is a warning)
