Welkom branch back to its usual poor standard

Went to buy a few items I need.
No trolleys or clean wipes at entrance - ask person assist - walks off.
Find a trolley
Not a number of fridges without stock - ascertain that it is the perennial welkom store problem - fridges o/o/o
get manager - Linda - why has he been sent to this pitiful store?
Usual excuses - waiting for the renovation to the store - this excuse has offered for > 5 years
So I can't get all I need
Pulane was too busy talking to pay attention to my shopping - adds the next persons items to my purchase
adds a packet without my consent
Probably doesn't liek being what to do by a white (common problem these days)

You shop in Welkom is an embarrassment to the picknpay brand whatever this is supposed to mean.
Your staff are arrogant rude and sulk and have the customary chip on the shoulder that the previously disadvantaged have.
The store is a mess and has steadily deteriorated since Sep 96 when we moved to Welkom

Picknpay views their welkom customers witrh contempt with the state of the store
Spare the excuses - I know them all
Who runs this store - Cosatu? welkom is in decline thanks to the anc and assisted by picknpay
I wonder how much money has been lost
