Not treating customer fairly

It is sad that you walk into a shop wanting to spendyour money and find that a retail clothing store has locked the fitting room and customers have no access. When I asked for assistance in store, there was no 1 to help me as 3 ladies and 1 guy were at the tills and there was no 1 assisting the customers on floor. Has management forgetten to revise the rules with their staff members that at all times customers should be taken care of in store. You want to ask something there is no 1 to go to, that is so irritating and has lead me to buying a dress that does not even fit me properly they way I want. I could have made a rational decision in store had I fitted that dress. Now I have to go back to that store. The service is poor there and something needs to be done urgently before they lose more customers. Surveillance cemeras can be used if the staff and buyers are not trusted. They have actually exposed themselves that they dont trust customers and that decision is generalised. They should have a permanent person / take turns standing at the fitting room door. Now when I go back they wont want to give me my money, have they forgotten the store policies "Treating Customer Fairly".
