I installed a R30 000 aircon unit from Real Fires in 2012, - 12 months ago

On the day of installation it was overcast so the sealing solution was for obvious reasons not going to work, they came back a couple of days later and re applied the solution

I phoned Real Fires 2 weeks ago to come and service my Aircon, and also re seal my roof, as it was now leaking.

5 missed appointment later, they eventually came out to service my machine

I then called the office to ask about my ceiling where the lady, called Terisa, started screaming and shouting at me. I asked her if i could maybe talk, she said yes, as soon as i started she continued screaming and shouting at me and telling me that this is quote ", now that your roof is leaking, you dont want to pay so you blame us"... why would i instal a very expensive unit if i cant replace one cealing board?

She ended our conversation, after 3minutes of screaming, with " i hope your aircon keeps you so cold that you stay indoors for ever, thank you BYE" and then she hung up

I am utterly stunned by the above mentioned as I cannot understand how one treats your customers in such a way
