Prepaid - MTN

I bought R 10.00 MTN prepaid airtime yesterday and did not make any calls. Today I looked at my balance and it was R 0.40. What the is wrong with this service provider, as it was not the first time. This is and must be reported to the competitions complaints commission as its unacceptable. Imagine how many people are robbed off hard earned money in this way everyday.
